Music Submissions:
You
(i.e. any term used to mean the person submitting the demo)
represent to Deep Haven that you are the sole creator or sole
owner of the submission and that it is original in all respects.
You acknowledge that in submitting the submission to Deep Haven
the submission becomes the property of Deep Haven and you assign
Deep Haven all of your rights, title and interest of every
kind, including but not limited to the underlying copyright
to the submission, to Deep Haven and hereby grant permission
to Deep Haven to reproduce the submission with or without modification. |
